In the past twelve (12) months, we have collected Identifiers (contact details, IP address, email, and account name). We have not collected sensitive personal information or information across categories B through K.

SMS Communication Program (A2P via RingCentral)

We may use your mobile phone number to send you SMS (Short Message Service) messages, such as promotional offers, updates, and notifications. This program utilizes RingCentral for Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging. By opting into our SMS communication program, you agree to receive such messages. Message frequency may vary.

Mobile Opt in, SMS Consent,  and phone numbers collected for SMS communication purposes will not be shared with any third party or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Consent and Data Use

  • Consent: Information obtained as part of the SMS consent process (including your mobile phone number) will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes outside of the necessary functions of the RingCentral A2P program.
  • Usage: Your mobile phone number is used exclusively for sending SMS communications related to appointments, events, promotions, and updates.
  • Authorization: By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you are expressly authorizing us to send SMS messages.
  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply, as charged by your mobile carrier. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any message you receive from us. Once you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS communications unless you opt in again.
